Hi All,
Following is the scenario:
We have no.of records stuck in particular stage in workflow (e.g branch because of not handling the conditions well). Now what I want to do is "Attached new workflow version to all records but the workflow should start from the stage where they are stuck(in old worklfow)." , so that no-re-triggering of emails and task will be generated.(they should follow the next stage in the workflow)
Regards,
Kiran

Hi there,
By default this is not possible. You can't start a workflow half-way thru or something.
You could make a temporary workflow which could simulate this. Or if you have a new workflow version, temporarily draw the first transition to the step you wish the workflow to continue from. Then trigger the workflow on those records.
If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.

Just a quick example. In the example, instead of starting with the Approval - User, the first transition goed to the Create Task. This way you can simulate what you are after, starting a workflow at a certain step in your proces.
Maybe a thought like this can help you out.
