How do we change the delivery time in the service catalog
i went to service catalog and changed delivery time to 14 days
but in the form it still shows 1 day

It is controlled via the workflow properties. Check the Schedule tab, the Expected time field.

Did you sort this out? I'm running into the same, but regardless of whether or not the workflow is published. I've changed the expected time, schedule, and delivery based on fields. The value stays the same in the portal.
