how to change delivery time service catalog item

How do we change the delivery time in the service catalog

i went to service catalog and changed delivery time to 14 days

but in the form it still shows 1 day

It is controlled via the workflow properties. Check the Schedule tab, the Expected time field.

Chuck,

This is not ideal as workflows are sometimes used by more than one catalog item.  I have tried to accomplish this with Flows and running into the same problem: Unable to set Delivery Time based on catalog item (multiple catalog items using same Flow).  Is ServiceNow planning on doing something about this? It is very unproductive to have a 1-1 relationship.  Just submitted a post to the Idea Portal...
