o change the logo on the login and MFA pages in ServiceNow, go to System Properties > Basic Configuration UI16 and update the "Banner image for guest users" with your new logo for the login page. For the MFA page, go to Multi-Factor Authentication > Properties and upload the logo there. You can also use the Branding Editor under System UI to customize logos and themes. If needed, replace the existing logo directly in System UI > Images by uploading a new one with the same name. Don’t forget to clear the cache using cache.do to see the changes.
