Hello,
I tried searching the wiki and discussion forums for an answer but I was unable to find anything. I attached a screenshot of what I'm referring to but I'll describe it to the best of my ability. I have read the wiki: http://wiki.servicenow.com/index.php?title=Administering_Global_Text_Search .
When you click in the Search box on the top right hand corner of ServiceNow, a list words of past searches will populate below. These seem to be global since our users are seeing other users inputs as well. I was inquiring on where in ServiceNow can I manage these "Global Text Search History" (deleting, not allowing to save searches, etc).
Thanks for your time,
Brian

I believe the table is ts_query. You can type ts_query.list in the left navigator to view the table.
Having users see other searches is other searches is both good and bad. Some of the searches are funny, although others we need to delete sometimes.

Hello Mike,
I faced a problem after upgrading our instance to Jakarta. Do you have any info regarding my question How do I save searches?
