Hi,
I have added the 'count' widget to my new portal which I have created using Service Portal Designer.
I am attempting to set up a dashboard/homepage which will show the statistics of the usage of the portal.
I do not know how to show this information? Do I create a report and add it to the dashboard?
Can someone please let me know step by step instructions?
P.S The count widget has already been added to the pages on the portal.
Thanks,
Lisa

Hi Lisa
My understanding is the 'count' widget just displays the total number of records on the Table and Filter you apply in the instance options.
If you want to see how many times a page has been viewed etc, then some OOTB reports exist on the Service Portal > Usage Overview page: https://yourinstance.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=%2Fhome.do%3Fsysparm_view%3Dsp_overview
Hope it helps.
