How to configure the conditinal search for the Rate Lines Resources

Hello , 

I would like to put conditions that if user source is ppm_source those user only visible in the resource drop down list ? 

could you please guide what should I do ? currently it extract the all users from the sys_user table when I type Geert

If I understand you would like to get only those users with role ppm_source,
then in the reference qualifier of the field add

Roles | is | ppm_source
