How to determine when an instance was upgraded from Quebec to San Diego?

How do you find the date on which the instance was last upgraded.  I looked in the Upgrade History module and saw the most recent upgrade date of 5/08/22 but the customer is reporting that the upgrade actually occurred on 4/28/22.  So, I’m wondering if the Upgrade History is only showing hotfixes and patches?

Any and all help very much appreciated.  Thank you.

Hello @mjdeandrea ,

Upgrade history table will show all including patch, hot fixes and family release, also note Servicenow applies patch and hot fixes and sometimes it happens automatically specially like if Instance is in Rome 7 then it might get upgraded to Rome 7a automatically and if customer is saying that upgrade happened at that date it mostly means about family upgrade like upgrading from Rome to San diego like that and what you might be seeing is Patch date. Please compare accordingly. Added screenshots from my instance.

Hi @mjdeandrea ,

Upgrade History module tracks every upgrade made to an instance.

An upgrade history record is created for each upgrade that is run. To view an upgrade history record, navigate to System Diagnostics > Upgrade History and click the upgrade.
