How to disable notification sounds on Visual Task Boards

We recently started using a free-form Visual Task Board to track items in our receiving room.  It's working great, but there's one thing I'd like to change.  When we enter a new item into the VTB, ServiceNow plays the default system notification sound for all members of that board (via the browser, even if notifications are blocked).  It appears to be automatically inserting messages into connect chat, hence the sound.  How can I disable the sound from being played when entering new items into the VTB?  I want the sound to work in other places (like when a new chat message comes in).

Hello Beau,

On VTB, go to "Connect with Board Members" and from there you can turn off the notification sound setting.
