How to Display Form Fields within Standard Ticket Tab widget in the Service Portal

We would like to display information from a custom table via the new Standard Ticket Tab widget. When using the 'Variable Summarizer', we discovered that this information only shows if the requestor submitted the form via the Service Portal (as a variable).
How can we configure the tab to display certain fields from the form (fulfiller view)?

Hi,
There are one way to do that. Steps by steps as below.
Step1. Create a tab with type = custom. Add Widget Form and View = "Your_Desired_view"
Step2. Create a view "Your_Desired_view" with desired fields on it.
Step3. Output
