How to display SLA on service portal to end user on My requests page

We want to show SLA to end user on portal side for his raised request/incident.
I am attaching screenshot of portal where we want to show SLA details( marked in RED box). PFA sceenshot.

Actually, SLA mainly run on SCtask which a end user dont have access. Will due date is not work for you in this case? You need SLA ?
Also, it is customization, need to create widget or clone the Incident info widget and make changes.
