How to enable Add to Cart in service portal?

Like we have "Add to cart" and "Order Now" button on Catalog Items, we are expecting this in Service Portal too. I see only the "Order Now" button in Service Portal. How to enable "Add to cart" to show right above "Order Now"?

Have you gone through above links which are shared by @Chetan Mahajan and verified all the scenario's mentioned in that?
- Add to cart button in service Portal
- Add to cart button not visible in Service Portal
- Enable the Shopping Cart widget
