How to enable Add to Cart in service portal?

Like we have "Add to cart" and "Order Now" button on Catalog Items, we are expecting this in Service Portal too. I see only the "Order Now" button in Service Portal. How to enable "Add to cart" to show right above "Order Now"?

All are unchecked for all my catalog items, but still I don't see it anywhere on portal.
