How to enable Inbound emails feature in NONPROD

I have aNon-prod instance, wanted to test inbound email actions. 
I enable the inbound email actions(email properties) to TRUE. and used ServiceDesk Test (servicedesk.test@campany_name).

But when I send the email, The outlook rejected it.

"Your email couldn't be forwarded from servicedesk.test@campany_name to another email address.

ServiceDesk Test (servicedesk.test@campany_name) 
Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it."

How to resolve this or enable this feature ?

Is your Email server are fully set up in NON prod mean active with right username and password.?
