How to enable Tinymce plugins within ServiceNow

How can we enable TinyMce plugins within ServiceNow? I am looking to enable plugin named permanentpen (https://www.tiny.cloud/docs/plugins/permanentpen/) for knowledge management.

Hello,

Yes, I have tried updating system properties. But, there is no JS file available in system for the same.

/scripts/tinymce_default/node_modules/sn-tinymce/js/tinymce/plugins/permanentpen/plugin.min.js

Someone added a plugin to the tinymce. here is the  article -

I have not tried it and can't verify if it works.
