How to enable 'Turn Off Next experience' option in Preferences menu?

Hey,

You have the option to provide a user to enable or disable next experience.

Create the following system property: 

1. Navigate to the system properties table by entering sys_properties.list into the application navigator.
2. Create a new system property with the name glide.ui.polaris.on_off_user_pref_enabled and set the value to true.
3. Manually refresh the web browser so that the newly created system property updates are made and system users can access the Next Experience toggle.

Result: All users can navigate to user display preferences and enable or disable Next Experience so that they can use Connect.

A follow-up qq: Despite setting 'read' and 'write on the sys_prop to 'admin' , all users has access to the NE toggle in their preferences pane.

Are you aware of making this toggle only visible//useable by admin? We do not want non-admin to have this option, but it is useful for admin testing purposes.
