We are looking to export the form view of multiple records at the same time into a single or combined PDF file.
For example when you open a single incident record, we can 'Export to PDF' the form view of the record. But we are looking to export the form view of multiple incidents at the same time into a single PDF file. (Export to PDF from list view provides the table view, not the form view). Please advise. Thank you!
Solution found! See attached screenshot for how to print multiple form views.
1. First set filter on table view to only show the records you want exported to the PDF File.
2. Right click column header > Export > PDF > Detailed Portrait (or Landscape)
PDF will include first page as the table view and following pages as the form view of each record included in the filter.

Follow-up question:
In the Service Portal, I was able to get the 'Export to PDF' option. How can I get an 'Export Detailed Portrait to PDF' or 'Export Detailed Landscape to PDF' option in the Service Portal.
