Hello All, I have registered in the service now learning portal for completing the CSA. In the new learning portal, After completing all of the mandatory on Demand courses and it is showing the time "19 minutes left " in the dashboard and noted, the status is "Course is completed". A screenshot is attached below.
While claiming the voucher, Badges On-demand course Prerequisites is not matching and also I am not getting course "completed with the date" over there.

Could anyone help me to resolve this problem and also kindly let me know how can I see the remaining in-progress content?

@Raja

Along with on Demand course have you also completed the Tasks which as far as I remember are mandatory so that the course gets marked as completed?

After each of the task based on what is needed to be done you need to validate the task so that it shows as completed? Has that been done as well?

If yes, then would suggest raise a case with Now learning team at below link and they will be able to assist you:

@shloke04 Hi, I have completed all the mandatory courses available in the course and also it got verified by a Green tick mark. Please check the below attachments and let me know if you found anything weird.

Finally, I have Filed the support ticket in the now learning portal.

@Raja

I believe you are on the right track and there might be some internal issue regarding the completion and raising a support case would be the ideal thing to do here.

Do keep this thread posted as well once you hear back from Support team.
