I'm new to the service now product, so I apologize if this is an easy question.
I am interested in trying out the AI search in Now Assist. Reading the documentation it looks like I need the Now Assist Admin.
Are these the correct steps?
How do I go about getting the Now Assist Admin?
Is it in the developer instance plugins?
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi @PANTester
Unfortunately, NOW Assist is not available on PDI currently. The best you can do,
Go to Now Learning
Do , Now Assist Training , where you will get Lab instance for hands on.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Thanks for the reply. Do you know if we have to finish the training in order to have the hands on lab instance, or if its used during the training?
