Is it possible to create one more variable in task or incident table (reference variable) to show the active user who is viewing the ticket.

Hi @viknesh3 ,
Yes, if you have strong business case , you can do that.
You need to consider few limitation, like how many user you are planning to record and how this list is going to updated or replace with new user data.
