How to hide some incident tickets from global or any search?

We have some security Incidents classified by category. These Incidents must be searchable only for user with "security_incidents" role. I was able to control these from the Incident List view. But I do not know how to hide them from the search on top right. Has anyone done this?

Hi Rajinis, ACLs are honoured in the global search function in the top right, so if you configure a read ACL on the table that when category is for security incident user requires the security_incident role? Thanks Sam

Our's is similar but we don't allow the caller / contact to see the records either. Thank you.

Hi Rajinis

I have same requirement to hide some incidents based role if security incident.

Created role and created read ACL on table incident but I am not seeing it restricting to other users. How you able control this at list as well as at global search.
