How to include the now assist in service portal

When the user try to submit the request through service portal. Need to configure a button Get recommendation. When user click it. The ai agent will analyse the request details and previous submission it will provide the recommendation. Once it accepted it will get update. How to perform this. How we need to call agentic ai /skill in portal
