I have a few active knowledge nav-ons including Microsoft and Google. How do these work?
When I type "Microsoft Word" in the knowledge search bar I'd expect a lot of results if it's searching Microsoft. I don't see a way on the knowledge page to determine what I want to search with.
We are running Helsinki,

So, I'll admit that I haven't pored over every word in that article (just a few "Ctrl-F" searches and quick skimming, really), but I can't find anything there or anywhere else that directly explains the nav-ons.
Is there any chance you have more details or recommendations for gathering my own details? I appreciate the help!

Hi Michael,
I didn't see any mention of it in that specific article either, but I think it's implied as the text lives in the "Legacy" Wiki now. You will find that this blog article: All things Upgrade considered on Knowledge v2 to v3 by a member of the ServiceNow development team includes more information on the differences between Knowledge v2 and v3. In fact, in point 6 of the paragraph "General Knowledge info" states: "Navigation add-ons have been deprecated in v3."
I hope this clears up any doubt regarding this issue you are facing.
Kind regards,
Lucas Vieites

This is a real shame that this is no longer supported in ServiceNow, but I have seen that there is a partner product for this https://uplandsoftware.com/rightanswers/resources/news/rightanswers-sponsors-nowforum-london-2016/
