How to map fields from table to catalog using variable type select box

                              How to map fields from table to catalog item using variable type select box,In the type specifications I have given table name and column name,but still its not working

Hi Sowmya,

This should work to display the correct choices in your variable if you have provided the correct table and column name in your catalog item variable Type specification section. 

Please share the screenshot where you are not getting the correct value in your catalog item. 

If you are using a record producer and want to map this select box values to that table. Then you need to click on 'Map to field' check box as shown below.

Are you using Team Members Access catalog item as a record producer to Team members table?

If yes then you need to select map to field check box as well and there you need to give your field name on which you want to populate the value of your select box.

If not. If this catalog item is just a normal catalog item not a record producer, then please show me what is the issue which you are facing on your form. As type specification seems fine.

In the catalog form ,no values are getting displayed in variable.In table I have given some choices but they are not getting displayed in form.Only none option is getting displayed
