Hi  Guys,

I have updated the system property for sn_km_portal.glide.knowman.serviceportal.enable_redirect to true as per

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m9ZwsEw4NlE&t=1s

Whenever I open an article, there is a ServiceNow logo showing, how do I get rid of it?

Thank you!

Hi there,

You can open the Branding Editor:
https://your-instance.service-now.com/sp_config?id=branding_editor

Select the correct portal on the top left.
Make sure you are in the correct scope.

And replace the logo 🙂

Kind regards,

Hi @JLeong  That is a portal logo, You can go to your portal and there you will see field called "Logo", just remove it or change it based on your need.

Note: If you will remove the logo it will disappear from the portal. for specific page you can not dynamically change the header logo.

Thanks,

Harsh
