I am creating a custom survey widget where users will give feedback about the customer service we provided. Users are sent an email with a link to the survey once conditions are met.
How would I replace the OOB Take Survey widget to the custom widget I created? I looked under the specific Email Notification and cannot find where I can replace the widget.
Make sure to change the app to Service Portal Surveys
Go to portal page (sp_page.list) and search for page id called take_survey or public_survey and replace widget there.
click on instance next to Take Survey
change the widget with your custom widget
