How to See Default Service Catalog Categories

Hello:
If I'm understanding the Service Catalog documentation correctly, the catalog should come with default categories (first screen shot below). In our instance we have none of these default categories (Hardware -> Computers etc) - last two screen shots below. Are the categories available by default, and if so is there something I need to do to activate them? Or must I create the categories myself? Thanks for any help with this.

Hi,
When you first get your instance with ServiceNow, there are default Service Catalog categories already available if demo data was installed. If this is for a production instance or perhaps you all asked for no demo data, then I don't think these categories come with the instance because there's also sample catalog items that come with it as well.
If you can, you can embed your images right into your post (currently pasting them isn't working) and downloaded files it's ideal as we help tons of people on the forums and so less people will download your files as it takes up space on our end.
