How to select a related links using atf test steps

how to submit risk assessment form using ATF test steps on change ticket. Using "Click UI Action " I only be able to select UI buttons. Pease advise

Apologies for late reply. I managed to sort it out. Turns out, before you retrieve the components, the last run must be successful, with no errors.
