How to show extended field values on list view on service portal

Hi i need to show extended field values on the list view , how to achieve this? 

I'm using data table from instance definition to show the list. 

for ex. below screenshot is of native ui, i need to know how i can show these extended fields on service portal.

Using the instance option itself you can add the extended field. please find below screenshot of my instance option which is on task table you can see all the extended fields as well:-
