How to update a Jira Issue with the Jira Spoke in Integration Hub (Orlando version)

We are using the Jira Spoke in Orlando version.

Trying to figure out how to update specific fields on a Jira Issue with the "Update Issue" action.

I see "Add Labels" and "Remove Labels" and "Additional Fields"... but does anyone have any examples of how to do that?

The link sends me to Integrate SN with JIRA using Exalate. I do not want to do that.

We have "Update Issue" option already I want to update specific fields only which are OOB .

Hi,

So are you saying you want to update ServiceNow incident fields when JIRA sends an update command/operation?

If yes then this would be an operation invoked by JIRA

Hi Ankur,

 

I have setup the bidirectional webhook already.

I want to update JIRA Issue fields on SN INC update. We have the OOB action "Update Issue" in JIRA Spoke which I am not sure how to use it. Can you please help me with that.
