I went to Upgrade Preview but when clicking schedule upgrade it takes me to SN Support do I need to schedule PDI like Prod Instances?

Nice video, @BillMartin, thanks for sharing. However, @purdue's question related specifically to DC Patch 3, and as others have pointed out, it's currently not available for PDIs.

That is correct. You can first use either the dev instance or demo instance if you are a ServiceNow partner.
