I have completed the on demand servicenow fundamental course for CSA but completion tab is sitting at 77% and will not give me the CSA voucher.

I have gone through each module and received the tick of completion for each tab multiple times now but the progress bar will not update and thus I cannot receive my eligibility for the CSA badge. Any help to resolve this so I can sit my exam soon.

Hi,

Do all the modules show completed? If so, drop an email to the certification team and the nowlearning support team/raise a case to get it sorted. I have seen a couple of cases where it was stuck at 99% and they did the same. Alternatively, submit a case here.

Essentially, I sent a case through to the service but that did not help. However, I un-enrolled from the course then re-enrolled straight after and the tab updated to 100% complete and gave me the CSA badge to get the voucher for the exam.
