Update a record using flow designer

Hello everyone.

My goal is to update the fields of a record using the selected vaules from the catalog item, however, I am not able to because my variables are greyed out. Please assist.

Hi Kamva,

Can you attach a screenshot of the variable setup from the cat item? The manager variable looks to have been setup as a choice list, rather than a reference variable. This isn't compatible and would need to be changed so you have the correct data type.

I believe he answered your question, the values are greyed out since the variables are incompatible (choice/string vs reference).
