Hi,
I want to disable the portal suffix (esc) provided by OOB.
But no active items found.
Do I have to delete the record? Is there any other way?
Regards,

users can still open bookmarks etc etc
another way would be ,here you can change the page id which has been used on the portal eg: for index page, add prefix index_nolonger .
According to me , deleting is not a solution because its OOTB portal.
@Mi: would it be possible if you can add possible scenario here ? can you try and let me know if its not fulfilling your need.

Yes indeed, you could still access such a portal. Only solution is to delete the Service Portal record [sp_portal].

Hi Mi,
That was a suggestion, you can rename it as discardedesc or oobescportal. I usually don't go ahead with deleting the portal that comes in stock with ServiceNOW.

Hi there,
There is no possibility to disable (out-of-the-box) portals. Only way: DELETE.
(we also verified this a while a go with HI)
