I want to enable the "Post a Question" functionality in Service portal

Hi,

We have a functionality called Social Q&A, once enabled we can see the "Post a Question" in knowledge module.

The requirement is to replicate the same functionality in the Service portal.

Got many reference related to "Ask a Question" in which the functionality is entirely different. But here we require "Post a Question" functionality in the Service portal.

Can anyone please guide me how we can implement this.

If you want them to pick a knowledge base and categories then it sounds like you want to use the Post a Question which you stated had that in it.  Typically when using Social Q&A you do not want to use this as it will allow them to post a question to any KB.
