Hi,
Is there any solution to following issue - Some users are trying to past complete email which contains multiple images in work notes/comments fields. The email text gets pasted but if it has images in the content, it won't paste.
I tried to create new html type field but creating a new field on task table won't be a good practice. Anyone can help me achieve this in less efforts?

Hi Chenab,
how is the image being copied over? is it via some inbound action
for inbound email action related refer below links
Email image filtering properties
How to copy the attachments via Inbound email action into Servicenow Incident table?
refer below links for help related to journal fields and images
Paste screenshot into Journal field
Can we copy an image from our desktop and do a paste on the incident?

Hi
Thanks for replying. The emails are not coming through inbound email, users are just trying to paste the email content to journal field but if it has images in between the email, it skips the image.
I went through the links but isn't helpful

Hi Chenab,
I doubt this is available OOB now if direct copy paste is done.
the only approach might be changing the field type to HTML but that is not good practice as it would impact entire instance.
refer below link for help
Adding screen shots to comment and work notes fields.
