I have a content block that contains a 100k jpg image that is in the image library. When I go to the dashboard that I have the content block added to, the image shows up for me, and when I impersonate itil or specific people, it shows up ok. BUT when the user tries, it doesn't allow them to see the image.
If it's right when I impersonate, why isn't it right when they try it? It happens in IE and in Chrome.

My solution is to (besides reading the wiki) do the following:
1. add image to the image library.
2. copy the html code string
3. goto a content block and insert string via pasting in the '<>' source code insert.
Not sure why adding image from the image library using the image icon (or attachment) doesn't always work...
