Impact of changing instance URL

I would like to understand the impact of changing the Instance URL.

From the MID Server perspective you may have to specify the custom url within the 'mid.ssl.bootstrap.default.target_endpoint' parameter.

Otherwise the connectivity to MID Server will fail.

Hi,

There are lot of issues you may face if you change URL of incidents.

1. All links referring your instance URL in any email/document/ external sites etc need to be updated with new URL.

2. Mid Servers may fail to connect and required fixes need to be applied.

3. All your integrations may fail and your integrations are based on your instance URL and that may cause issue while communication with each other.
