I have recently moved from Remedy to ServiceNow and I have been given a project to implement servicenow project.
As I am new to servicenow, I would be needing help from you people to implement it correctly and efficiently.
Can you pls share some links, documents or anything that is required for implementation of ServiceNow project from scratch? Please don't share links of beginners because I have gone through them and I have basic information related to serviceNow. I am ServiceNow admin certified.
I do not have much time and need quick replies and solutions.
Thank you.

hi Swati,
Your questions is very abstract so i dont really know how/where to start. As you mentioned you have already checked the beginners links and you are comfortable with servicenow. SO what id suggest is: See what all modules you have to use in service now (breaking the whole project in phases is a smart thing to do). I am a bog advocate of Agile, not sure what methodology you are following.
ill break the work in this way.
1) Identify the modules you have to enable in phase 1 (eg, incident management)
2) Prepare basic questions and have them answered
- Where will be CMDB Data coming from, how etc...
- Same for User Data
- Login/sso etc.
3)Enable Incident management plugin
4) Test the OOB incident management and identify what all needs to be changed as per customer requirement(nobody uses vanilla instance, there is always customization)
5) Once you have what all you need to customize then the questions you will have will be more specific and make more sense.
Hope it hepls
