Importing Knowledge Articles with Images

Hi everyone,

I've seen quite a few threads around this topic but was wondering if anyone actually found success with importing Knowledge Articles with images into ServiceNow, particularly with Microsoft Word and PDF documents.   We tried the inbound email action, but it didn't seem to work very well for us.   Has anyone found a way to do imports without losing formatting?

Thanks in advance!

In Geneva release, there is a feature for importing Word documents into the Knowledge Base.

It would be good to know the version you are using.   We are in the process of upgrading to Geneva and I have recently been testing the out of the box function to import and find it works pretty well.   If you have a moment, could you reply with your version?

Hi there,

We are using Eureka but we are planning to upgrade to Geneva - let me know how that goes!

We are on Madrid and when we import the word document all the formatting is gone and all images.  We recently have implemented the Office 365 and now the import is not working.  What we have had to do is copy the word document and paste it in the KB article and when it asked for "Keep Formatting" we have to click this.

Before it would keep the formatting and we would have to do this.  Anyone having issues with this??
