In a list, how do I remove large spacing between list levels?

Hello, 

I'm writing an KB article in ServiceNow and I have a question. I noticed when you have a multi-level list, there's a large gap between levels. 

Can I remove the spacing? I can only do basic HTML code. I don't have access to the website's stylesheet.
