Incident Export to PDF not exporting all the fields on Service Portal.

Hello. 

The export as PDF Option doesn't export all the fields when i click on export as excel. The records are being shown on data table instance definiton widget

What is the reason behind this & how can this be fixed?

Hey David. I did all these steps however it doesn't change anything. 

Somehow the workspace view is forced when i click on download PDF/Excel/CSV. This is weird, need to check why this is happening

Hey Saurav, 

Yes , it's happening on the native UI also. Works for Excel but not for PDF ! Haha i don't know its messed up

Look at the "sp" view in your instance. By default, Export as PDF uses the "sp" view to determine which columns to display in the output. If there is no "sp" view, it uses the default view.
