Hey @LynneD ,
are you asking this question in general or are you referring to the ServiceNow HealthScan?
Either way:
HealthScan is something only ServiceNow can execute. In this case you need to reach out to your impact team or if you do not have impact yet to your Account Executive.
If this is meant in a general way you could still reach out to ServiceNow to talk about a HealthScan. I am not 100% about the current situation but If I remember correctly HealthScan is something you need to pay eventually. I think (at least) one per year should be free or included in your current impact package - the amount depends on the impact level. Again - not 100% sure about that.
Instance Scan
Another very easy and definitely free to use solution to your question is "Instance Scan" (Docs Link: https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/zurich-platform-administration/page/administer/health-scan/re...)
These are a bunch of out of the box scans available and additional ones are very easy to configure 😊
