My client has the set-up for the OAM outlook survey notification affiliated to the completed notification. But, once it the notification is sent-out the preview email is blank in servicenow., but in the outlook is still receiving the email with the content.
Is this the expected behaviour with OAM ?
I tried to check with the previous notification. It is the same as is.
