Hello, I want to integrate ServiceNow to Jira Data center bi-directionnally. I've already done this for Jira Cloud, but I don't know how to achieve this with Jira Data Center. Below my questions :
- Integration hubs works in case of Jira Data center ?
- Is it possible to post data from servicenow to jira data center without integration hub ?
Thanks

Hi @medreda12la,
I don't know if there is a different spoke for Data Center compared to Cloud, but could you leverage the same Flow & Action(s) and create a new Credential Alias that has the URL or connection details for Data Center? The most you may need to do is set the conditions that would differentiate between data coming from Jira Cloud and the Flow(s) it should trigger from the data coming from Jira Data Center.

Hi @medreda12la ,
Thanks for posting you question here!
To integrate Jira DC with ServiceNow I would recommend you to try out a completely decentralized, and fully bi-directional intergration solution like Exalate.
With the advanced Groovy based scripting engine you can sync any tickets with any type of custom field easily.
Thanks
