We are looking at Service-Now as a ITSM tool. Does anyone currently have Service-Now integrated with ADP (Automatic Data Processing, Inc.)? What was your experience? Pros/cons?

Found this thread because we're looking as well. Currently we do have an integration, although not a pretty one. At a high level, ADP spits out a spreadsheet of our associates that we upload to ServiceNow daily. We're hoping for something better, maybe along the lines of a Web service integration.
I'll update this thread when I know more.

I realized after my first post that your post was three years old. Well ... I'm sorry to report that in three years ADP has still not gotten around to supporting web services integrations.

I left my last company where we used ADP (the cheap version, no less!), but the nightly spreadsheet feed was the only way to pull in the employee data.
With as big as ServiceNow has become, you'd think some progress would have been made in three years!
