Integration with ADP - Automatic Data Processing, Inc.

We are looking at Service-Now as a ITSM tool. Does anyone currently have Service-Now integrated with ADP (Automatic Data Processing, Inc.)? What was your experience? Pros/cons?

Thanks for the Reply!  We've gotten the certificate from ADP and imported it into service now.  We've tried PEM as a trust store cert and a pfx as a cert store, but neither will work.  I'm not sure if we are setting up the authentication incorrectly or what, we've had SN and ADP support on the line but can't figure it out.  Did you setup an Oauth Profile or did  you create a rest message with mutual SSL?

This was a couple of years ago so if memory serves me right.

I received a certificate as a PEM from ADP along with a text file that contain a clientID and client Secret.

I am not sure if it was Oauth or mutal SSL and I don't have access to that customer's instance any more.

In my class I had a 2 outbound rest message, one for getting the grant token and the other one for the workers service.

I do remember it took a day of messing around to get it to authenticate.

In 2024 also, is the situation same? There is no ADP integration Spoke available in ServiceNow? Is it possible to create any custom REST API integration?
