Is it possible to have multiple Service Portal

I'm fairly new to Service Portals.  I have a requirement to create a dashboard for each customer.  Each dashboard would contain that branding and color theme of customer.  In total there are about 10 customers.  I was wondering if such is possible using SPs?  If so what would be the proper method to create?

Yes! You can have as many Service Portals as you'd like. You would create records for each one and customize as required - they would all inherit the base SP config to start.

You would need to define a "url suffix" that would be unique for each portal.

Redirecting users to a specific portal, based on some criteria can be challenging, but giving them a link directly would work, etc.

Hope this helps!

Hi,

Yes, there can be multiple portals on one instance.

Mostly HR and IT portals are separate OOB.

For each new portal created will I need to create separate pages (404 and login) pages?

You would not need to do so specifically, no. New portals will more or less inherit most things directly from the default sp.

For example, in a PDI, just go to Portals, create a new record with the title new and suffix of new, and then go to /new and explore! It will pretty much act like the default portal without you doing a thing.
