Hello,
Multiple Incoming mails can be there but to my understanding only one outgoing mail id is possible.

We have similar requirement. As we are aware, when the outgoing emails are sent from ServiceNow, the from address would be <instancename>@service-now.com. However, the requirement is that we need the emails to be showing as abc@company.com. This is an example. It is not about the Display name but the SMTP of the from address should be showing as abc@company.com. Is it possible?
If possible, will there be any other impact in areas like inbound emails to ServiceNow: watermark, approval via email, reply emails going in to tickets, flow actions based on inbound emails, etc. Any help would be highly appreciated, thanks in advance.
