The product documentation provided by Servicenow mentions a Document Management plugin [com.snc.platform_document_management] however, when this plugin does not seem to be available. I do see Employee Document Management and Managed Documents. Is this a plugin that is no longer available or for an upcoming release?

Hi Aritha,
Document Management plugin is available from Rome onwards and ideally it should show up in the search. I suggest you raise a ticket regarding this.

More to the person's question...
Under Document Services in the docs site, there are two plugins: Managed Documents and Document Management. What is the main difference between the two:
Document Mangement has version control, security, sharing, storage, cateogrization and approval workflows
Managed Documents has version control, secuirty, sharing, storage, categorization and approval workflows
What are the main differences between these and what are differing use cases?
