I tried using 2 letter keywords in meta field and it does not seem to return the article I tagged. 3 letter keywords worked just fine. Is this a system setting? Or is there a 3 letter minimum for singular keyword tags in meta field?
Thank you.

Hi Ronaldo,
Are these characters are digit or letters? Just want to confirm? If they are digit we dont text index 2-digit number by default.
Also please check in stop word table to make sure these letters are not listed as stop words:

Thanks

Hi Ronald,
Weird I tried to test it in my OOB instance and it worked for two letters:
I pasted the link from my instance you need to add your instance name in the link:
https://instance_name.service-now.com/ts_stop_list.do?sysparm_query=
Or you can find stop word table under:
And check in Word column if these letters are in this table. If yes delete it.
